Role Description The Algeria Online Language School Franchise Partner is a remote, contract role focused on establishing and managing a Lingua Learn virtual language school in Algeria. Day-to-day activities include overseeing local marketing and outreach, developing partnerships with public and corporate clients, and coordinating language training programs in line with Lingua Learn standards. The partner will manage operations such as scheduling, learner support, and instructor coordination, while monitoring performance and reporting to Lingua Learn’s central team. The role also involves adapting global strategies to local market needs, ensuring quality of service, and promoting long-term growth and sustainability of the franchise.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including the ability to engage clients, partners, and instructors effectively.
Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.
Writing skills to develop local marketing content, client proposals, and clear documentation.
Training experience to support onboarding and development of instructors and staff.
Experience in education, language training, or franchise/business management is highly beneficial.
Proficiency in English and local languages, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Basic understanding of digital tools and online learning platforms, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
