Position: AGM/ DGM/ GM - Quality Assurance
Location: Mundra, Gujarat
Salary Range: 20 LPA – 30 LPA
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E or Diploma Mechanical with 25+ years of experience
ROLE
Lead the end-to-end Quality Assurance and quality control function with complete ownership of product quality, process excellence, customer satisfaction & zero-defect manufacturing.
Mandatory requirement and Responsibilities for the role:
Person with Stainless Steel Background would be preferred.
Pipes Manufacturing exposure is mandatory with respect to Quality Assurance in Stainless Steel division.
Candidate should have knowledge of product development and product knowledge of Austenitic/Ferritic /Martensitic Steel grades.
Person should be able to Handle customer queries and shop approval process independently.
Lead Quality Assurance, Lab Test & Quality Systems across the Stainless-Steel Pipes plant.
Drive quality from Raw Material → Welding → Annealing → Sizing → Finishing → Testing → Dispatch.
Must have knowledge of ASTM | ASME | EN | ISO | BIS standards.
Strong command over NDT, Hydro, PMI, UT, Eddy Current & Mechanical Testing.
Drive RCA | CAPA | 8D | FMEA | SPC | MSA | Process Improvement | to eliminate recurring defects.
Own Customer Complaints, Rejections, NCRs & Quality Audits.
Reduce Rejection, Rework & Customer PPM through robust process controls.
Build a high-performance Quality team & Zero-Defect culture.
Candidate with NDT level II will be preferred.

A hands-on Quality Leader who can take complete ownership, challenge processes, eliminate defects and deliver measurable quality improvement across SS Pipes & Tubes manufacturing.
Must Have: Strong hands-on experience in SS Pipes Manufacturing + Welding Quality + NDT + Quality control and Quality Assurance.
