The consultancy supports brands at every stage—launching, scaling, or repositioning—ensuring the right audiences are engaged. Based in Delhi NCR, OAA collaborates with brands across India.
Role Description The Public Relations Executive will work full time on-site in Mumbai, supporting strategic PR initiatives for hospitality, lifestyle, and founder-led brands. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting press releases, media pitches, and feature stories, as well as maintaining media lists and monitoring coverage. The role involves coordinating with journalists and influencers, scheduling interviews, and managing press events and brand launches. The Executive will assist in founder profiling, thought leadership content, and brand storytelling across traditional and digital channels. Additional tasks include tracking PR performance, preparing client reports, and collaborating with internal and client teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Qualifications
Strong PR and media relations skills, including press release writing, pitching, and relationship-building with journalists and industry stakeholders.
Experience in brand storytelling, founder profiling, and thought leadership content development for lifestyle or hospitality-focused brands.
Competence in monitoring media coverage, using PR tools, and preparing clear performance and campaign reports.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in a PR agency or communications role, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
Comfort with on-site client interactions and event coordination in Mumbai; familiarity with the Indian media landscape is an advantage.
