Role Description The Quality Control Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for inspecting labels and packaging materials at various stages of production to ensure they meet defined quality standards and client specifications. The Quality Control Executive will conduct routine quality checks, record test results, identify non-conformities, and coordinate with production teams to resolve issues. The role involves maintaining quality documentation, assisting in root-cause analysis, and supporting implementation of corrective and preventive actions. The Quality Control Executive will also help in standardizing processes, verifying compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and preparing reports for management review.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong attention to detail and analytical skills, including the ability to identify defects and deviations in printed labels and packaging materials.
Candidates should possess basic knowledge of quality control methods, inspection techniques, and familiarity with standard measurement tools and instruments used in manufacturing.
Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with production, maintenance, and management teams.
Candidates should possess good documentation and reporting abilities, including maintaining records, preparing quality reports, and using basic computer applications.
Candidates should possess problem-solving skills and a mindset focused on continuous improvement, including participation in root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
A diploma or degree in engineering, printing technology, quality management, or a related field is beneficial, along with prior experience in manufacturing or packaging industries.
Understanding of workplace safety practices and adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines is expected.
