Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for Legal Associates and Legal Interns. The role involves conducting legal research, analyzing case laws and statutes, and assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as petitions, contracts, notices, and written submissions. Team members will support preparation for hearings, maintain case files, and coordinate with clients to gather information and clarify legal issues. Legal Associates may appear before courts and tribunals under guidance, while Interns provide research, drafting, and administrative support to the team. Both positions require close collaboration with senior professionals to contribute to case strategy and overall matter management.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Law and familiarity with relevant statutes, case laws, and legal procedures.
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and formatting legal documents.
Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret legal issues, assess risks, and support case strategy.
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interaction and professional correspondence.
Ability to identify, understand, and address diverse Legal Issues across multiple practice areas.
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); enrollment in a recognized law program for Interns.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under deadlines.
Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and a collaborative work style.
