⚖️ ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Legal Consultant, you’ll work directly with clients facing financial and debt-related challenges and help them navigate the resolution process through structured and ethical legal intervention.
📌 WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Advise clients on debt settlement options and financial planning strategies
• Draft and respond to legal notices — Demand Notices, Loan Recall Notices, Lok Adalat Notices, Notice to Arbitrate, Statement of Claim, Statement of Defence, and Conciliation Notices
• File complaints with the RBI Ombudsman, Cyber Crime Division, and Principal Nodal Officers
• Safeguard clients from unlawful recovery-agent harassment
• Negotiate settlements with banks and financial institutions
• Guide clients through the end-to-end settlement process
🎯 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• LLB (3-year or 5-year program)
• 2025 & 2026 graduating batches only
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Genuine interest in financial law, mediation, arbitration, or consumer rights
