Role Description The Human Resources Administrator at The Tiny Tub is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, and assisting with performance management processes. The Human Resources Administrator will handle benefits administration, manage HRIS updates, and ensure HR documentation and policies are accurately maintained. The role also involves responding to employee inquiries, supporting payroll with HR-related data, and helping ensure compliance with labor and employment regulations. This team member will collaborate closely with management to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.
Proficiency in Benefits Administration, including enrollment support, documentation, and employee communication.
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data.
Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, particularly relevant regulations and compliance requirements in India.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and service-oriented approach.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in an HR support or administrator role is preferred.
