About The Role
The Talent Acquisition Expert role at HUK-COBURG is a vital position responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from creating compelling job advertisements to successfully onboarding new hires. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing and attracting top talent, particularly Fach- and Führungskräfte (specialist and managerial roles), through innovative and targeted recruiting strategies. The successful candidate will develop and implement creative search techniques, utilize current recruitment channels, and stay abreast of industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting high-caliber candidates. Additionally, the role involves analyzing recruitment metrics, optimizing processes, and enhancing the overall candidate experience. Collaboration within a motivated team is essential, as is the active participation in shaping the future of the company's talent acquisition practices.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant university degree or vocational training, preferably related to human resources, recruiting, or marketing. Extensive professional experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, especially for specialized and leadership roles, is required. Experience working with external recruitment agencies, service providers, and partners is essential. A strong passion for current recruiting trends, tools, and digital media is highly valued, along with a high level of digital affinity. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and advisory skills, with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders effectively. A proactive, structured, and team-oriented work style, combined with high initiative and independence, is crucial. Flexibility to work in a hybrid model with a willingness to be present in Coburg is also necessary.
Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Identify and attract qualified candidates for specialist and leadership roles through targeted sourcing strategies.
Develop innovative search and recruitment campaigns that align with the company's employer branding.
Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to reach potential candidates.
Stay informed about the latest recruitment trends, tools, and methods, integrating them into the company's hiring practices.
Design, optimize, and continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience to ensure efficiency and satisfaction.
Analyze recruitment data, prepare reports, and derive actionable insights to enhance hiring strategies.
Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
Contribute actively to the ongoing development of the company's talent acquisition strategy and initiatives.
