About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team at Kanzleihafen. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our candidates, understanding their career aspirations, skills, and preferences. Your responsibility is to guide them through the recruitment process discreetly and professionally, ensuring a smooth transition from application to placement. You will work closely with our network of partner law firms to identify suitable opportunities, coordinate interviews, and facilitate successful matches. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of the tax industry, and a passion for connecting talented professionals with their ideal positions. As a Recruiter at Kanzleihafen, you will play a vital role in shaping careers and supporting the growth of the tax sector across Germany.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant educational background, preferably in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Prior experience in recruitment, especially within the professional services or tax industry, is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Fluency in German is required, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus. A good understanding of the tax sector and the specific needs of tax professionals will be advantageous in this role.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and law firms, ensuring a positive experience for both parties.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate profiles and recruitment activities.
Provide feedback to candidates and law firms to facilitate effective decision-making.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and new opportunities within the tax sector.
Collaborate with the internal team to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
