Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Psychological Therapist. The therapist will provide evidence-based psychological counseling and support to clients through secure digital platforms, including video, audio, and messaging. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering individual or group therapy, and documenting clinical notes in compliance with professional standards. The therapist will collaborate with MantraCare’s AI-enabled tools to enhance care, monitor client progress, and adjust interventions as needed. The role may also involve participating in case consultations, contributing to care protocols, and ensuring ethical, culturally sensitive, and person-centered practice.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply evidence-based approaches in diverse clinical situations.
Clinical expertise in Counseling and Psychological Assessment, including conducting structured interviews and developing treatment plans.
Relevant background in Medicine or behavioral health disciplines, supporting integrated care in chronic and complex conditions.
Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Psychiatry, or a related field, with appropriate licensure or certification as required in the therapist’s jurisdiction.
Experience delivering remote or telehealth-based therapy and comfort working with digital tools, EMR systems, and AI-assisted platforms.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and cultural humility.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage a part-time caseload, and adapt to a global, multidisciplinary care model.
Prior work in employer or insurer-based wellness programs, or multidisciplinary care teams, is beneficial.
