About the Role
Shubh Engineering Services LLP is looking for a talented RCC / Steel Draftsman to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing RCC and structural steel drawings for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed RCC structural drawings including:
Footing Layouts
Column Layouts
Beam Layouts
Slab Reinforcement Drawings
Staircase Details
Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)
Prepare Structural Steel Drawings including:
GA Drawings
Fabrication Drawings
Connection Details
Erection Drawings
Coordinate with Structural Engineers for drawing revisions.
Ensure drawings comply with applicable IS Codes and project standards.
Maintain drawing registers and revision control.
Required Skills
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
✔ Experience in RCC & Structural Steel Detailing
✔ Ability to interpret structural design drawings
✔ Knowledge of IS Codes and detailing practices
✔ Good communication and coordination skills
✔ Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Tekla Structures or StruCAD
Experience with Industrial/PEB Projects
Understanding of fabrication and erection processes
Experience
1–2 Years in RCC/Steel Drafting
Freshers with excellent drafting skills may also be considered.
