About KaChick
KaChick is building tools and experiences that help people create, capture, and keep meaningful memories.
We work with local photographers to help travellers discover meaningful places, useful local knowledge, photo experiences, and trusted people who can capture a trip, family moment, proposal, celebration, or everyday adventure.
For photographers, KaChick provides tools to help organise their customer information, answer repeated enquiries more efficiently, guide customers towards booking, and make their work easier to discover. We are also building a travel-focused platform where photographers can share local insight, create useful guides, offer packages and photo experiences, and connect with travellers visiting their city.
Our belief is simple:
Technology should create more room for human moments.
We automate the boring. Not the love.
We are starting across selected cities in Asia, with early focus in Hong Kong, Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, and Southeast Asia.
The role
KaChick is looking for a relationship-driven, travel-curious, and highly organised Creator Partnerships Associate to build our early community of photographers and local creators.
You will identify and engage talented photographers, help them share their local knowledge through useful “how to get there” guides and travel content, and onboard them to use KaChick’s products.
Your work will help create the supply and local insight that makes KaChick valuable to travellers. You will support photographers from first outreach through onboarding, guide creation, profile/package setup, product activation, community participation, feedback, and referral.
This is not a pure influencer-marketing role. You will not simply pay creators to post sponsored content. You will build long-term creator relationships and help photographers turn their work, packages, city knowledge, and travel recommendations into useful, traveller-ready content and experiences.
What you will do
Creator and photographer sourcing
Research, identify, and build a pipeline of high-quality local photographers and travel-focused creators in selected cities across Asia.
Find potential partners through Instagram, portfolios, photography communities, local travel communities, referrals, creator networks, destination accounts, travel hashtags, directories, and relevant online groups.
Assess potential partners based on photography quality, local knowledge, audience fit, reliability, communication, city coverage, style, traveller relevance, and willingness to contribute.
Maintain a clear city-by-city prospect tracker with contact details, portfolio links, category, location, outreach status, follow-up actions, and partnership notes.
Prioritise photographers and creators who can provide genuine, practical local insight—not only attractive social-media content.
Help define the ideal creator profile for each target city, traveller type, and guide category.
Outreach and creator partnerships
Conduct thoughtful, personalised outreach through Instagram DMs, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other approved channels.
Explain KaChick’s partnership proposition clearly: photographers can share useful local knowledge, create traveller-ready guides and experiences, make their work discoverable, and use KaChick tools to support customer enquiries and booking journeys.
Build trust with photographers and creators through friendly, professional, and consistent communication.
Manage replies, follow-ups, qualification calls, onboarding calls, approvals, content permissions, and relationship history.
Help recruit early photographer and creator cohorts for selected cities.
Support partnership conversations around guide contribution, portfolio use, profile creation, photo packages, local recommendations, featured content, creator Spotlights, Collabs, referral opportunities, and early access.
Maintain a strong partner experience: clear expectations, quick follow-up, accurate communication, and respectful handling of creator work and images.
Identify common objections, questions, and concerns, and recommend improvements to KaChick’s offer, outreach, onboarding, product education, and creator programme.
Photographer onboarding and product activation
Guide photographers through KaChick onboarding from first interest to an active, useful setup.
Help photographers prepare and submit the business and customer information needed to use KaChick effectively, including services, packages, prices, locations, portfolio links, policies, delivery details, availability guidance, FAQs, and common customer questions.
Support photographers in creating clear traveller-facing profiles, photo packages, local guides, and experiences.
Help photographers understand and test relevant KaChick tools, including customer enquiry support, product setup, profile/listing workflows, and booking/inquiry pathways.
Run structured follow-up to ensure photographers complete the critical steps needed to become active.
Identify onboarding friction, unclear steps, missing information, broken links, repeated questions, and user-experience issues.
Collect partner feedback through calls, DMs, surveys, and onboarding conversations.
Turn feedback into clear recommendations for improved onboarding, guide templates, product design, FAQs, partnership messaging, and creator support.
Community growth and creator collaboration
Help build an active, trusted community of photographers and local creators.
Support creator Spotlights, photographer profiles, local-city stories, guide launches, testimonials, community updates, feedback sessions, referral initiatives, and early-adopter communications.
Coordinate Instagram Collabs and other creator collaborations, including agreement on content concept, creator permission, assets, caption drafts, links, CTAs, publishing dates, Story sharing, and performance review.
Help create simple partner toolkits, such as Story templates, launch posts, profile links, guide-sharing assets, FAQ documents, and referral messages.
Encourage active creators to share their guide, profile, or experience with their audience where appropriate.
Build a feedback loop between photographers, traveller behaviour, and the KaChick product team.
Help identify strong creators who could become city champions, early ambassadors, referral partners, or featured collaborators.
