Job Title: Data Entry Executive
Salary: ₹22,000 per month
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to enter, update, and maintain company data accurately in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems. The candidate should be comfortable working with Excel and basic computer applications.
Responsibilities:
Enter and update data accurately and on time
Maintain Excel sheets, records, and reports
Verify data for errors or missing information
Scan, file, and organize documents
Prepare basic reports as requested
Keep company information confidential
Basic Qualifications:
12th pass, graduate, or equivalent qualification
Basic knowledge of computers
Good typing speed and accuracy
Basic English reading and writing skills
Ability to work carefully and meet deadlines
Required Computer Skills:
Microsoft Excel: data entry, sorting, filtering, basic formulas, formatting
Microsoft Word and basic email usage
Familiarity with Google Sheets and Google Drive is preferred
Basic internet browsing and file management skills
Preferred Skills:
Attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Previous data-entry experience is an advantage, but freshers may apply
