Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event & Client Service Manager located in Pune. The Wedding & Event Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of event planning and execution, including client communications, vendor management, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting with clients to understand their needs, creating detailed event plans, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and overseeing the smooth execution of events from start to finish.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Event planning and coordination experience
Client relationship management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented and creative problem solver
Minimum of one year of experience in the events industry
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or related field
