Speakeasy (a Classplus company) is looking for a skilled AI Video Editor to produce high-quality short-form video at speed and scale.
If you've moved past traditional editing and into AI-powered video generation — and you can turn a script or idea into a polished, scroll-stopping video — we want to talk to you.
📍 Location: Noida (On-site) 🗓️ Working Days: Monday to Saturday
What you'll do
→ Produce short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, ads) using AI video generation tools → Turn scripts, hooks, and creative briefs into finished, ready-to-publish videos → Generate visuals, b-roll, voiceovers, and effects using AI tools, then stitch and polish in CapCut/Premiere → Maintain a high output volume without dropping craft or consistency → Iterate quickly on feedback and test different styles, formats, and edits → Stay on top of new AI video tools and bring the best ones into the workflow
What we're looking for
→ Hands-on experience with AI video tools (Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Pika, Hailuo, or similar) → Strong editing fundamentals — pacing, cuts, sound design, captions, motion → Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects → Comfort with AI voice and image tools (ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Imagen, etc.) → A sharp eye for what makes short-form content stop the scroll → Fast, reliable, and able to handle a high-volume creative pipeline
This role is a fit if you:
→ Treat AI as a creative tool, not a shortcut — quality still matters → Can ship a lot of video without quality slipping → Move fast, take feedback well, and love staying ahead of the tooling curve
