Role Description The Visa Filing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Barnala. This role involves handling end-to-end visa application processes, including collecting and verifying client documents, filling out visa forms, and preparing submission files according to the requirements of different countries and authorities. The Visa Filing Executive will liaise with clients to clarify documentation needs, explain procedures, and provide regular status updates. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records, tracking application progress, coordinating with internal teams or external agencies when required, and ensuring all filings meet compliance and regulatory standards. The role also includes responding to client queries, managing appointments, and supporting process improvements to enhance service efficiency and client experience.
Qualifications
Strong documentation and administrative skills, including careful review, data entry accuracy, and organized record-keeping for visa files.
Excellent communication and client service abilities, with clear spoken and written English and the capacity to explain complex processes in simple terms.
Attention to detail and compliance awareness, ensuring all applications follow current visa, immigration, and institutional guidelines.
Competence with basic computer tools and office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) for form filling and information management.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling personal and sensitive client information.
Prior experience in visa processing, immigration services, or education consultancy is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent; additional training in immigration, international education, or administration is an advantage.
