Job Title: SAP Security SME – IAG / IPS / IAS
Requirements
Minimum 12–15+ years of SAP Security, Identity Governance, and GRC experience.
Proven hands-on implementation experience with SAP IAG, SAP IAS, and SAP IPS.
Strong experience integrating SAP Cloud Identity Services with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP cloud applications.
Strong knowledge of identity federation, SSO, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, certificates, and secure connectivity concepts.
Experience with access risk analysis, access request workflows, business roles, user access reviews, role certification, SoD controls, and audit reporting.
Experience integrating IAS/IPS with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, HR systems, or other enterprise identity sources and targets.
Strong troubleshooting skills across authentication, provisioning, connector synchronization, identity attributes, group/role mapping, and access governance workflows.
Excellent communication, documentation, leadership, and customer-facing consulting skills.
Job Title: SAP Security & GRC Process Control SME – Senior Consultant / Lead Consultant
Requirements
Minimum 12–15+ years of SAP Security, GRC, Risk, and Compliance experience.
Proven hands-on implementation experience in SAP GRC Process Control, with the ability to independently configure and lead the Process Control workstream.
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Security, SAP Fiori Security, role design, authorization concepts, user administration, and security troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of control design, control hierarchies, compliance assessments, control testing, CCM, issue/remediation management, and compliance reporting.
Strong knowledge of SOX, ICFR, ITGC controls, internal audit processes, risk management, evidence management, and audit readiness.
Experience with SAP GRC Access Control capabilities such as ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM, SoD analysis, mitigating controls, and user access reviews is preferred.
Experience integrating security and Process Control requirements across S/4HANA, Fiori, and connected SAP systems.
Excellent workshop facilitation, communication, documentation, stakeholder management, leadership, and customer-facing consulting skills.
