Role Overview
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our HR team and handle recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and campus hiring drives.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring platforms.
Screen candidates based on the job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment trackers.
Coordinate campus placement drives with colleges and universities.
Build relationships with college placement teams and coordinate hiring requirements.
Participate in walk-in drives, job fairs, and other recruitment activities.
Follow up with selected candidates until their joining.
Achieve assigned hiring targets and ensure positions are closed within timelines.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in recruitment.
Previous Experinece in a recruitment firm is preferred.
Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment can also apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Comfortable speaking with candidates and college placement teams.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Willingness to travel for campus drives when required.
