We are is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with a strong eye for fashion, aesthetics and visual storytelling. The role will work across campaign imagery, social media, digital advertising and luxury brand collaterals, ensuring every visual reflects the brand’s distinctive design language.
Key Responsibilities
Fashion & Campaign Imagery: Retouch and enhance campaign, product and fashion images while maintaining a refined, editorial finish.
Colour & Image Manipulation: Handle colour correction, tonal adjustments, background clean-ups and image manipulation with a strong understanding of fashion imagery.
Video Content: Edit short-form fashion, campaign and social media videos, including reels and digital content.
Social Media & Digital Creatives: Create visually elevated content for Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms, aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.
Lookbooks & Brand Collaterals: Design and adapt lookbooks, catalogues, brochures and other luxury brand communication, with a strong sense of layout, typography and imagery.
Advertising Creatives: Develop campaign and performance creatives in multiple formats while retaining a premium, cohesive visual identity.
AI-Assisted Creativity: Use AI tools for image generation, creative exploration, visual development and improving design workflows.
Collaborate with the creative, marketing and fashion teams on campaigns, launches and ongoing brand communication.
Maintain a consistent visual language across imagery, typography, colour, composition and layouts.
Skills & Software
Adobe Photoshop: Strong proficiency in fashion/product image editing, retouching and colour correction.
Adobe Illustrator: Ability to create and adapt layouts and graphic assets.
Adobe Premiere Pro: Working knowledge of video editing and short-form content.
AI Tools: Practical experience with AI-powered design, image generation and creative ideation tools.
Strong understanding of fashion imagery, composition, typography, colour and visual hierarchy.
A refined aesthetic sensibility and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment and deliver within deadlines.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fashion Communication, Fine Arts, Applied Arts or a related creative field.
Candidates from fashion, lifestyle or design institutes with a strong portfolio may be preferred.
Relevant certifications or specialised training in Adobe Creative Suite, digital design, video editing or AI-assisted design will be an added advantage.
Experience
0-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, fashion/lifestyle design, photo retouching, digital content or a related creative role.
A strong portfolio demonstrating fashion imagery, retouching, social media creatives, lookbooks/editorial layouts, video and AI-assisted creative work will be preferred.
