Key Responsibilities
Manage and build strong relationships with UK-based clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication.
Understand client requirements and coordinate project delivery.
Manage multiple accounts, projects, timelines, and priorities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Conduct client meetings and provide regular project updates.
Prepare reports and present performance insights.
Handle client queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Monitor account performance, renewals, and client satisfaction.
Identify upselling and account growth opportunities.
Maintain CRM records, project trackers, and documentation.
4+ years’ experience with excellent English communication and client-handling skills.
