Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at Nagarjuna College of Engineering and Technology in Chikkaballapura. The Outreach Executive / Admission Counselor / Telecaller will engage with prospective learners and families through calls, messages, and in-person interactions to provide information about programs, admission procedures, and campus facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering admission inquiries, guiding applicants through the application and enrollment process, maintaining accurate records of leads and follow-ups, and supporting outreach campaigns such as school visits, events, and education fairs. The role involves collaborating with the admissions and marketing teams to meet admission targets, delivering consistent and clear communication, and representing the institution professionally in all external interactions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills for engaging with prospective learners and families.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide clear admission guidance.
Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to convert leads into admissions and support outreach and follow-up activities.
Candidates should possess Education sector awareness or experience to explain programs, eligibility, and academic pathways effectively.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline; prior experience in admissions, counseling, telecalling, or education marketing is an advantage.
Ability to use basic computer applications, maintain databases or CRM tools, and prepare simple reports; proficiency in English and local languages is beneficial.
Strong organizational skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to work towards defined targets in a team-oriented environment.
