Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Salesperson at Insight Genesis – IGAi. The Salesperson will identify and qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and communicate the value of the platform to prospective clients in sectors such as financial services, HR, education, and health. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, gathering client feedback to inform product improvements, and participating in virtual events or webinars to increase brand visibility. The successful candidate will build long-term client relationships and consistently work toward meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders across industries.
Ability to understand and explain AI-driven and data-focused solutions in clear, accessible terms.
Proficiency with CRM tools, sales tracking software, and remote collaboration platforms.
Experience selling technology, SaaS, or data/AI solutions, preferably in finance, HR, education, or health sectors.
Self-directed work style, strong time management, and comfort operating in a fully remote environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret client needs and translate them into tailored solution proposals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative or solution-based sales role.
Culturally sensitive, with an interest in serving emerging and unbanked markets and diverse user communities.
