Client Success Partner
Role Overview
The Client Success Partner is responsible for managing day-to-day client engagement and ensuring the successful execution of the client’s service line operations. This role serves as the primary operational liaison between the client, hospital stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring providers move efficiently through the pipeline and that all operational requirements are completed.
The Client Success Partner provides consistent updates to clients, participates in hospital operational discussions, tracks action items, and ensures alignment between all parties to support the growth and performance of the service line.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication
Provide daily or regular status updates on provider pipeline progress
Maintain transparency on timelines, challenges, and next steps
Ensure the client has clear visibility into service line performance
Provider Pipeline Management
Track providers through the recruitment, credentialing, onboarding, and activation pipeline
Coordinate internally to ensure providers move through each stage efficiently
Identify delays or blockers and work with relevant teams to resolve them
Maintain accurate pipeline reporting
Hospital Coordination
Participate in operational discussions with hospital leadership or administration
Gather and document hospital requirements related to the client’s service line
Coordinate follow-up tasks required by the hospital
Ensure providers and operational processes align with hospital expectations
Operational Execution
Track and manage action items from meetings
Coordinate internal teams to execute operational deliverables
Ensure all required documentation, approvals, and operational steps are completed
Maintain organization and accountability across multiple stakeholders
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain organized records of:
Provider pipeline status
Client updates
Hospital requirements
Operational tasks
Prepare internal summaries or reports as needed
