Commercial Specialist

Role Description The Cashier role at Regulus Liquidity is a full-time, on-site position based in Metro Manila. The Cashier is responsible for handling cash and non-cash transactions accurately, processing client payments and disbursements, and ensuring proper documentation and recording of all financial activities. Day-to-day tasks include issuing receipts, reconciling cash drawers, maintaining transaction logs, and coordinating with finance or operations teams to address discrepancies. The role also involves responding to client inquiries about payments, following company policies for cash handling and security, and supporting internal reporting related to cash flow. The Cashier is expected to provide courteous, efficient service while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail, accuracy in counting, and reconciliation of transactions.
Proficiency in basic accounting or bookkeeping tasks, including recording payments and balancing daily reports.
Ability to use point-of-sale systems, payment platforms, and standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, databases).
Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond clearly to client inquiries and concerns.
High level of integrity, reliability, and commitment to following financial controls and security procedures.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a cashier, teller, or finance-related role is preferred, particularly in financial services or trading environments.
Senior high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field is an advantage.
