Solar Sales Consultant
SpartanX Solar | Allentown, PA
$100,000–$125,000+ OTE | Uncapped Commission
SpartanX Solar is hiring motivated Solar Sales Consultants to grow our Pennsylvania market.
This is a commission-based sales position for people who are comfortable talking to homeowners, generating opportunities, and closing business. Solar experience is a plus, but proven success in direct sales, outside sales, door-to-door sales, home improvement, roofing, telecom, or another performance-driven sales environment is highly relevant.
What You'll Do
Speak directly with homeowners about residential solar
Generate and develop your own sales opportunities
Conduct solar consultations and guide homeowners through the sales process
Follow up consistently with prospects
Maintain an active sales pipeline
Work your assigned market and surrounding communities
Represent SpartanX professionally in the field
What We're Looking For
Sales experience strongly preferred
Comfortable with direct homeowner interaction and prospecting
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Competitive, coachable, and results-driven
Reliable transportation
Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
Compensation
OTE: $100,000–$125,000+
This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. Actual earnings depend on individual sales performance.
