Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Koramangala. This role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search, and email to increase brand visibility and lead generation. The Digital Marketing Executive will create and optimize web and social media content, monitor campaign performance using web analytics tools, and prepare reports with insights and recommendations. Daily responsibilities include managing social media calendars, coordinating with design and content teams, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The role also includes staying updated on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and best practices to support continuous improvement of marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Marketing skills with experience in planning and executing digital campaigns.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills with hands-on experience managing platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills, including the ability to create engaging, brand-aligned content for websites, blogs, and landing pages.
Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, including the ability to use tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms to track and optimize campaign performance.
Relevant skills such as basic SEO/SEM knowledge, familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools, and an understanding of PPC advertising are beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site team environment are advantageous.
