About the Role
We are looking for a Zoho Developer with strong hands-on experience in Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM,
Deluge scripting, zoho Projects, Zoho People, APIs, and business process automation.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining customized Zoho solutions,
automating business processes, integrating Zoho with third-party applications, developing
reports/dashboards, and troubleshooting existing workflows and integrations.
We are looking for someone who can independently understand requirements, develop solutions,
troubleshoot issues, and take ownership from development to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
∙Develop and maintain applications in Zoho Creator.
∙Write and maintain advanced Deluge scripts.
∙Develop Forms, Reports, Pages, Dashboards, Workflows, Schedules, Approvals, and Custom
Functions.
∙Customize and automate Zoho CRM.
∙Develop CRM workflows, functions, validations, and reports.
∙Work with Zoho People for attendance, leave, employee, and check-in/check-out
automation.
∙Develop integrations using REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and Webhooks.
∙Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems.
∙Automate business processes and reduce manual work.
∙Develop operational and management reports and dashboards.
∙Work with date/time calculations and business rules.
∙Troubleshoot Deluge scripts, workflows, APIs, reports, permissions, and synchronization
issues.
∙Manage data synchronization between Zoho applications.
∙Identify and resolve duplicate-record and data-consistency issues.
∙Support portal users and access/permission-related requirements.
∙Work closely with business teams to understand requirements.
∙Test and deploy solutions in production.
∙Maintain technical documentation for applications, workflows, APIs, and automation.

Qualifications
∙Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Application, IT, Engineering, or a related
field preferred.
∙3–5 years of hands-on Zoho development experience.
∙Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
