We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team and lead key HR functions across the organization.
Position: Human Resources Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures
Handle employee relations, engagement, and grievance management
Manage performance appraisal and employee development programs
Oversee onboarding, training, and employee lifecycle activities
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations
Maintain HR records, reports, and workforce data
Partner with management on organizational and people-related initiatives
Support employee retention and workplace culture initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in HR management or a similar HR leadership role
Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage confidential information professionally
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
