Growth Marketer
Experience: 3–4 years, in Performance Marketing, Analytics and SEO

About Us
We are an AI RevOps company based in Bengaluru. We run customer pipelines from GTM till revenue. We specialize in the renewable energy and healthcare industries.
The Role
You will manage growth on multiple fronts
Execute DemandOps for our customers. You'll split your time between paid-ads and SEO (on-page, off-page and back-links).
Adopt an AI-first approach to analysis of information, and able to drive key-decision making at a tactical and strategic level with customers.
Follow a result-augmented learning approach to continuously improve cost-to-sale efficiencies. Keep an eye on budgets and media bidding.
Manage our internal demand generation and generate customer enquiries.
Work with creative and contact centre teams to continuously test and experiment to improve performance.
What we are looking for
3-4 years’ of relevant experience preferred
Comfortable with a multi-skilled approach to Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, plus solid SEO. Be comfortable in testing newer AI-led platforms
BBA, B.Com, or M.Com background preferred
