App Marketing Manager

WE’RE HIRING | APP MARKETING MANAGER
CP Advisor Digital is launching its new B2C Personal Loan App for Android & iOS, and we’re looking for an App Marketing Manager to take end-to-end ownership of growth.
This is a startup ownership role — you will be responsible for building, launching, optimizing and scaling the app’s customer acquisition engine.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own the B2C App Marketing & Growth Strategy
• Build and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy
• Drive the complete funnel: Install → Registration → Credit Check → Loan Application → Disbursement
• Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, App Campaigns & other acquisition channels
• Own key metrics including CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS & Conversion Rate
• Plan and execute Android & iOS user acquisition campaigns
• Manage ASO and Play Store / App Store growth initiatives
• Analyze user behavior and improve funnel conversion
• Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences and campaigns
• Build remarketing, retention & engagement strategies
• Track performance through GA4, GTM & attribution tools
• Work closely with Product, Tech, Creative & Operations teams
• Identify new growth channels and scale successful experiments
• Build processes and reporting systems as the B2C business grows
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years of experience in App Marketing / Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing
• Hands-on experience with Android & iOS app marketing
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Experience with app acquisition and performance campaigns
• Good understanding of GA4, GTM & attribution
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach
• Ability to independently plan → execute → analyze → optimize
• Comfortable taking full ownership of growth targets
• Fintech / Lending / BFSI experience is an added advantage
