Senior Analyst|| Annual Reviews

About the Role
Lending Services (Corporate & Commercial Banking) Supporting global banking clients across the end-to-end lending lifecycle, including credit underwriting, financial spreading, risk assessment, covenant monitoring, and portfolio reviews. Drive operational excellence through effective workflow management, MIS reporting, and quality delivery. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of corporate/commercial banking experience, strong accounting and credit analysis expertise, proven people leadership skills, and hands-on experience with lending platforms such as CreditLens, nCino, LexisNexis, or Experian.
Responsibilities
Senior Analyst will join the Lending Services (Corporate and commercial banking) team at Evalueserve, supporting bankers in critical lending/credit processes across end-to-end lending journey such as follows:
Financials spreading (PL, BS and CF) on excel based model or lending platform along with key credit.
Metrics calculation.
Performing PD/LGD spreading on risk rating platforms (Quantitative & Qualitative Parameters).
Calculating covenants in line with facility agreements and providing detailed rationale for covenant Met/Breach results.
Performing Annual/Quarterly or Half yearly reviews small or medium connections:
Business Overview.
Financial Analysis (Historical and Forecast) (Operating, Leverage & Liquidity ratios).
Covenant performance.
PD/LGD analysis.
Verifying/Calculating compliance against bank transaction guidelines (DSC, FCCR, LTV, Interest cover, leverage etc.) or any other sector-based guideline.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master’s degree with a major in finance, economics, accounting or from a reputed institute with 3+ years’ experience in the similar profile.
Required Skills
Strong Accounting and financial skills.
Understanding and experience of credit review or underwriting role is desirable.
Experience on lending platforms or credit search platforms like Credit lens, nCino, Lexis/Nexis, Experian would be preferable.
Excellent interpersonal and ability to build strong team culture.
Ability to ensure that tasks of team members are completed in a timely manner.
Ability to practice attentive and active listening skills.
Challenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working.
Preferred Skills
