We are building a fast-moving technology company and are looking for an Influencer Marketing professional who can help grow SAYZO's brand, reach, and user base through creator partnerships and influencer campaigns.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing professional with 2+ years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for identifying influencers, building creator partnerships, planning and executing campaigns, and measuring their performance across social media platforms.
What You'll Do
Identify and research relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Build and maintain a strong database of influencers across relevant categories and audience segments.
Reach out to influencers, initiate conversations, and build long-term creator relationships.
Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and campaign terms with influencers.
Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from ideation to completion.
Create influencer briefs, campaign guidelines, content requirements, and deliverables.
Coordinate with influencers to ensure content is delivered on time and meets campaign objectives.
Work closely with the founders, marketing, content, and creative teams to develop influencer campaigns.
Track campaign performance including reach, engagement, clicks, leads, conversions, and other metrics.
Monitor influencer content and ensure alignment with SAYZO's brand guidelines.
Identify emerging creators and new influencer opportunities to grow SAYZO.
Manage multiple influencer campaigns and partnerships simultaneously.
Prepare campaign reports and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
Stay updated with social media trends, creator trends, viral formats, and emerging platforms.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Experience in influencer identification, outreach, negotiation, and campaign management.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
Good understanding of influencer metrics, engagement rates, and campaign performance.
Strong organizational and project-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have
Experience working with startups, tech companies, or consumer internet brands.
Existing network of influencers and content creators.
Experience with influencer marketing platforms and campaign management tools.
Understanding of performance marketing and conversion tracking.
Experience managing UGC and creator-led campaigns.
