Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Remote Media Buyer to join GlixMedia.
This is a work-from-home / remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in India. You will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns for our international client portfolio.
Your primary focus will be Meta Ads and Google Ads, with responsibility for campaign performance from strategy through optimization.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Planning and executing paid media strategies across Meta and Google
* Managing campaign budgets, bidding, audiences, targeting, and account structures
* Monitoring performance and making data-driven optimization decisions
* Testing creatives, offers, audiences, landing pages, and campaign approaches
* Identifying opportunities to improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, and overall client profitability
* Working closely with our account management and creative teams
* Providing clear campaign insights and performance updates
* Understanding the complete customer acquisition journey, including ads, funnels, landing pages, and CRM systems
* Staying updated with advertising platform changes, new features, and industry best practices
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
* Has hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
* Has strong Media Buying and Media Planning skills
* Is comfortable independently managing multiple client advertising accounts
* Has strong analytical skills and can make decisions based on campaign data
* Understands performance metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROAS
* Can develop, test, and refine paid acquisition strategies
* Understands creative testing and how advertising creatives influence campaign performance
* Communicates clearly and professionally with internal team members
* Is organized, accountable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
* Can manage deadlines and responsibilities without requiring constant supervision
Experience working with international clients, agencies, luxury brands, lead-generation businesses, or high-ticket service businesses will be an advantage.
