Habibi’s Cafe & Bistro – Premium Middle Eastern Cuisine is looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to join our team.
Position: Purchase Manager
📍 Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane West, Maharashtra
💼 Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in Purchase / Procurement, preferably in the Restaurant or Hospitality industry
Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Handle day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities
•⁠ ⁠Vendor coordination, negotiation & follow-ups
•⁠ ⁠Maintain purchase records and documentation
•⁠ ⁠Manage and update Excel reports
•⁠ ⁠Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the operations & kitchen teams
•⁠ ⁠Verify purchase orders, invoices, rates and quantities
•⁠ ⁠Maintain vendor records and payment coordination
•⁠ ⁠Working knowledge of Petpooja or other inventory management software is preferred
