Operations Planning Manager

Role Description The Operations Planning Manager (part-time, remote) will oversee the planning and coordination of operational activities across the platform. This role involves developing and maintaining operational plans, monitoring workflows, and optimizing processes to ensure efficient delivery of services to pharmacists and partners. The Operations Planning Manager will analyze data and performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to enhance resource utilization and service quality. Day-to-day tasks include aligning production and service schedules with strategic objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing operational reports, and supporting the implementation of new operational initiatives. The role requires regular virtual communication with internal stakeholders to maintain smooth operations in a remote environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Operational Planning and Planning skills to design, coordinate, and adjust short- and long-term operational plans.
Candidates should possess solid Operations Management capabilities to oversee processes, ensure efficiency, and support continuous improvement.
Candidates should possess Production Planning expertise to align service delivery, resource allocation, and scheduling with organizational goals.
Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance, and make evidence-based decisions.
Relevant experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or digital platform operations is beneficial.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting are required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
