About Us
Veritas Integrated Projects is an Information Technology start-up company based out of T-Hub, Hyderabad, India.
We are building a next-generation AI-powered eLearning platform for K-12 students, initially targeting Asia-Pacific markets. The platform aims to combine Adaptive Learning, AI Tutors, Learning Analytics, Personalized Learning Paths and Experiential Learning into a secure, scalable, cloud-native ecosystem.
We are looking for an Engineering Lead to work closely with the Founder and Product Manager in architecting, building and scaling a world-class AI-powered learning platform from concept to launch.
What We Are Looking For
Experience
8–15 years of software engineering experience with at least 3–5 years in technical leadership.
Demonstrated experience building scalable web and mobile applications from concept to production.
Experience leading engineering teams and working with external development partners.
Experience designing cloud-native SaaS platforms and API-driven architectures.
Experience in EdTech, AI-enabled products or Learning Platforms is highly preferred.
Technical Expertise - Strong working knowledge of:
Cloud Platforms (AWS preferred)
Modern Web & Mobile Technologies
Microservices & REST APIs
SQL & NoSQL Databases
AI/LLM Integration
DevOps & CI/CD
Application Security
Performance & Scalability
Key Responsibilities – Engineering Leadership
Lead the technical design and engineering execution of the AI-powered learning platform.
Translate product requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable technical solutions.
Define application architecture, engineering standards and development best practices.
Lead and mentor the engineering team while working closely with external technology partners.
Review solution design, code quality, security, performance and release readiness.
Work with AWS Solution Architects and technology partners to design cloud infrastructure and deployment architecture.
Evaluate technology choices and recommend appropriate frameworks, tools and AI services.
Establish CI/CD pipelines, engineering governance and DevOps practices.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases with minimal technical debt.
Build a technology foundation capable of supporting future growth across multiple APAC markets.
