Head of Human Resource

Role Description The Head of Human Resource at Nokree.pk is a part-time, remote role responsible for leading the overall HR function and strategy. This role involves designing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring alignment between HR practices and business goals. The Head of Human Resource will manage employee relations, provide guidance on labor and employment law compliance, and support leadership in workforce planning and performance management. Day-to-day activities include advising managers on HR issues, updating HR documentation and frameworks, supporting recruitment and onboarding efforts, and promoting an inclusive, high-performance culture across the organization.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience leading HR functions or teams.
Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law relevant to Pakistan and the ability to apply legal requirements to HR practices.
Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies that support organizational goals and compliance.
Proven ability to manage Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, performance discussions, and engagement initiatives.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory HR practices.
