Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mutual Fund Back Office executive role based in Pune. The role involves processing and reconciling mutual fund transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines. The executive will handle daily operations such as data entry, trade confirmations, NAV updates, and documentation related to client investments. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies, respond to queries, and support reporting and audit requirements. The role also requires monitoring timelines, supporting month-end and year-end activities, and contributing to process standardization and quality improvement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review data, identify discrepancies, and support accurate reconciliations.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Mutual Funds and Investments to handle transactions and understand product features and regulations.
Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Finance to interpret financial information and support back-office operations.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to coordinate with clients, distributors, and internal teams.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field are beneficial.
Prior experience in mutual fund back office, fund accounting, or financial operations is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic office software, attention to detail, and ability to work with deadlines are beneficial.
Commitment to ethical practices, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Pune are expected.
