Cuemath is scaling its creator and influencer program in the United States one of our highest-priority growth markets. As an Associate on the Influencer Marketing team, you will own end-to-end creator partnerships across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, with a sharp focus on reaching NRI, South Asian, and broader Asian-American parent audiences. You will source and vet creators, brief and manage campaigns, and bring a data-first lens to everything from creator selection to performance reporting.
Experience: 3–4 Years | Function: Influencer Marketing | Market: United States | Platforms: Instagram · YouTube · TikTok
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creator Discovery & Vetting
Research and identify influencer talent across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok with a focus on US-based NRI/South Asian and Asian-American parent communities

Maintain and update a standing creator bench of vetted talent across follower tiers (nano, micro, macro)
Campaign Execution
Brief creators, manage deliverables, review content for brand compliance, and coordinate approvals across internal stakeholders
Develop campaign scripts and talking points aligned to Cuemath's US brand guidelines and target audience messaging
Coordinate campaign timelines, go-lives, and post-live tracking across simultaneous creator cohorts
Data & Performance
Track and report on core performance metrics: CPV, CPL, qualified leads, trial bookings, and cost per enrolment
Build and maintain campaign trackers; generate weekly and monthly performance summaries for leadership
Analyze ROAS across creator cohorts and surface actionable insights to optimize spend allocation
Market & Platform Intelligence
Stay current on US creator economy trends and platform algorithm changes across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
Monitor competing edtech brands' influencer strategies and report findings to the team
Identify emerging creator formats and content trends relevant to the NRI and Asian-American parent audience
REQUIREMENTS
3–4 years of hands-on influencer or creator marketing experience, preferably in a consumer-facing or edtech brand
Deep working knowledge of Instagram (Reels, Stories, feed), YouTube (Shorts and long-form), and TikTok — content formats, discovery mechanics, and campaign workflows
Strong understanding of the US influencer landscape, Australia & ME markets with familiarity with NRI, South Asian, or Asian-American creator communities being a significant plus
Comfort reading and interpreting audience demographic and performance data
Ability to pull, analyze, and present campaign performance — you can build a tracker, calculate ROAS, and tell the story behind the numbers
Excellent written English; ability to write and review creator briefs, scripts, and campaign communications independently
Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple campaigns and creator relationships simultaneously
NICE TO HAVE
Prior experience marketing to South Asian diaspora or immigrant parent audiences in the US
Background in edtech, kids' learning, or subscription-based products
Experience working with macro-level creators (500K+ followers) and managing multi-tiered influencer programs
Conversational proficiency in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, or another South Asian language
