About The Role
This is a hands-on technical role for someone who wants to learn how a lingerie product goes from an approved design to a finished, saleable garment. The designs come from the founder; your job is to make them real. You will own the product development process end to end: building tech packs, sourcing and testing materials, running sampling with our pattern masters and tailors, managing fit rounds, and taking each style through pre-production approvals so it is ready for the production floor.
You will work on every category we make, from bras and briefs to nightwear, swimwear and bridal sets.
What you will do
Build and maintain tech packs: specs, construction notes, BOMs and trims
Prepare technical drawings from the founder's design references
Source fabrics, laces, elastics, underwires, cups and trims; test materials before approval
Maintain the swatch library and supplier records; raise sampling orders
Coordinate sampling with pattern masters and tailors, from first sample to sealed sample
Attend fit sessions and turn fit comments into pattern and spec changes
Support size grading and check graded sets
Track sample timelines and keep approvals moving with the production unit
Prepare pre-production packs and run quality checks on first production runs
Provide fabric details and size guidance for website and marketplace listings
Who we are looking for
Degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Production, or knitwear design.
0–2 years in product development, sampling or technical design; strong fresh graduates welcome
Interest in lingerie and comfort working with fit and body measurements
Good understanding of garment construction and pattern-making; sewing ability a plus
Adobe Illustrator for tech packs; Excel or Google Sheets for specs and trackers
Strong attention to detail and organised follow-up with suppliers and the unit
Willing to work on-site in Indore
Good written English; Hindi for working with the unit
