Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Dubai. The Property Consultant will guide clients through the entire property transaction cycle, including understanding their requirements, recommending suitable properties, organizing site visits, and providing detailed information on pricing, legal documentation, and market trends. The role involves managing leads, conducting follow-ups, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth closures. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining an updated portfolio of listings, preparing property presentations, supporting marketing activities, and delivering responsive customer service before and after sales. The Property Consultant is expected to maintain accurate records of interactions, use CRM tools effectively, and uphold company standards of integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications
Strong Consulting skills, including needs assessment, advising clients, and providing data-driven property recommendations.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and build trust.
Customer Service capabilities focused on responsiveness, empathy, and handling inquiries and concerns professionally.
Sales skills, including lead management, negotiation, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Real Estate knowledge, such as familiarity with property markets, regulatory requirements, and basic legal documentation.
Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple clients simultaneously, and maintain organized records.
Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or property listing software.
Prior experience in real estate, sales, or consulting is preferred, though motivated candidates with related experience will be considered.
Relevant education in Business, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
