Qualifications
Completion of a QMS Auditor / Lead Auditor course from a recognised training provider.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the ISO field as a Lead Auditor or Team Auditor.
Minimum 100 audits performed in total, and at least 10 audits or 15 man-days per scope.
For new scope extensions — one full audit in the related or similar scope is required.
Competency Profile
Deep command of QMS vocabulary, PDCA methodology, process approach, audit document systems, scope determination, and application of standard requirements with management techniques.
Thorough understanding of applicable QMS standards, related documentation, and their operational role within the quality system.
Grasp of how organisational goals link to policies and outcomes; HR, internal communication, and operational support systems.
Sector-specific language, methods, and technologies for assigned IAF codes; applicable laws, outsourcing models, environmental factors, and risks influencing QMS and certification reliability.
Proven auditing methods, hands-on audit practice, CB systems knowledge, interpersonal competencies, and strong documentation and report-writing skills.
