Hostel Warden

Role Description The Hostel Warden is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi, responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of the school hostel. The role includes overseeing student safety, maintaining discipline, enforcing hostel rules, and ensuring a clean and orderly living environment. The Hostel Warden monitors student attendance in the hostel, coordinates daily routines such as study hours, meals, and lights-out times, and provides guidance and support for students’ well-being. The role also involves managing hostel staff, handling basic administrative tasks, maintaining records, and liaising with school authorities and parents as needed. The Hostel Warden is expected to respond promptly to emergencies, address student concerns, and promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful residential culture.
