Role Description
The Business Development Executive is a full-time role responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing prospective members for Zylo Fitness’s online programs. This hybrid role is based in Sadar, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and targeting potential customers, conducting outreach via calls, messages, and online channels, and presenting Zylo Fitness offerings in a clear, compelling manner. The role also involves managing relationships with existing members and partners, tracking performance metrics, preparing reports on sales activities, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to improve conversion rates and customer experience. The Business Development Executive is expected to maintain a professional, empathetic approach aligned with Zylo Fitness’s mission of making fitness accessible and motivating.
Qualifications
Strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into active members.
Solid Business acumen and Account Management capabilities to understand customer needs, manage relationships, and support long-term engagement.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and confidence in presenting services.
Experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition, preferably in fitness, wellness, or online services.
Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms to track leads and maintain accurate records.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
Interest in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle improvement and a commitment to providing inclusive, respectful customer interactions.
