Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will identify and engage potential buyers and investors, present property options, and conduct site visits for residential plots, farm lands, and commercial spaces. The role involves managing leads, following up with prospective clients, and maintaining accurate records of inquiries, meetings, and sales activities. The Sales Executive will negotiate terms, prepare basic sales documentation, and coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transaction process. Daily responsibilities also include staying updated on property inventory, market trends, and pricing, while providing clients with clear, transparent information and a professional, service-oriented experience.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English and local languages.
Customer service orientation, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering personalized support.
Basic knowledge of real estate market trends, property types, and documentation processes.
Ability to manage time efficiently, handle multiple leads, and maintain organized records of sales activities.
Comfort with using phones, email, messaging apps, and basic office software or CRM tools for follow-ups and reporting.
Willingness to conduct regular field visits, meet clients on-site, and work flexible hours based on client availability.
Minimum qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
Prior experience in real estate sales or related customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
