Junior Architect

Company Description design INC is an architecture and design firm committed to creating functional, sustainable, and visually compelling spaces. We are looking for Interns, Freshers and Junior Architects to join our team immidiately.
Role Description The Junior Architect role at design INC is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Junior Architect will support senior team members in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and producing design documentation. Daily tasks include working on design layouts, assisting with 3D models and renderings, coordinating with consultants, and preparing materials for client presentations. The role involves contributing to project planning, integrating design changes, and ensuring documentation aligns with project requirements and local regulations. The Junior Architect will also participate in site visits, design reviews, and internal coordination meetings to help ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development and preparation of design drawings.
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural tools and workflows, such as working with design software and integrating digital models.
Candidates should possess capabilities in Project Management, including basic project coordination, time management, and tracking deliverables.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent field, proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp), and familiarity with local building codes and regulations are beneficial.
Additional beneficial skills include strong visual communication, attention to detail, ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and willingness to learn from feedback and mentorship.
