Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 per year

Job Details
Seeking a Real Estate Tax Manager to service as main point of contact for assigned clients. You will support complex real estate partnership tax engagements in a client facing environment. You will own partnership tax compliance for a wide portfolio of clients specific to real estate.
Qualifications:
5+ years of tax prep experience for real estate clients
Experience with Section 754 elections and the resulting inside/outside basis adjustments
Comfortable managing fixed asset ledgers, depreciation calculations, and capitalization decisions
Solid grasp of partnership allocation methodology, including special allocations and distribution waterfalls
Familiarity with step-up transactions and the mechanics of purchase price allocation
Experience preparing and reviewing Schedule K-1s
Preferred:
CPA or EA (in process or licensed)
