We are looking for a Junior React Native Developer who is eager to learn, build real products, and grow with our engineering team.
Role & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native
Build clean, responsive and user-friendly mobile interfaces
Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs
Implement offline-first functionality and local data storage
Handle synchronization between local data and backend systems
Debug, test and optimize mobile applications
Work with the backend and product teams to integrate new features
Participate in the complete development cycle from development to testing and deployment
Understand requirements and convert them into working mobile features
Maintain clean, reusable and well-structured code
Requirements
Must Have:
Basic to good knowledge of React Native
Good understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript
Understanding of React concepts such as components, props, state and hooks
Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON
Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub
Understanding of local/offline data storage
Good problem-solving and debugging skills
Willingness to learn and work on new technologies
Comfortable working on-site from our Bommanahalli office
Good to Have:
Experience with SQLite, Realm, AsyncStorage or similar technologies
Familiarity with Firebase
Experience building and deploying Android applications
Understanding of authentication and API integration
Previous React Native projects, personal projects or college projects
Who Can Apply?

Final-year students who can work full-time
React Native developers with up to 1 year of experience
Candidates with strong projects but limited professional experience
We value practical skills, problem-solving ability and willingness to learn over years of experience.
Internship / Stipend
First 6 Months:
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
The stipend will depend on the candidate's skills and experience.
Full-Time Conversion
After completing the initial 6-month internship period, the candidate will be evaluated for Full-Time Employment (FTE) conversion based on performance.
Potential FTE Compensation:
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
FTE conversion and compensation will be based on factors such as technical skills, learning progress, ownership, consistency and contribution to the team.
