HR Intern – Course Connect
Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)
Duration: 3-6 Months
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST

Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team in Bengaluru. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions, providing practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and policy implementation.
This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resource Management within a fast-growing education organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee benefits and personnel management activities.
Support daily HR administrative operations and reporting.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic understanding of HR principles, HR policies, and personnel management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation skills preferred.
