Business Development

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting outreach, scheduling meetings, and helping convert prospects into long-term clients.
You will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to drive business growth and expand GrowWigo's client base across India, USA, UAE, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients and target industries.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and networking.
Engage with prospects and schedule discovery calls.
Follow up with inbound and outbound leads.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Manage sales pipelines and CRM records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Meet monthly lead generation and business development targets.
